Most orders will ship out within 1-3 days of ordering. However, in the event we cannot ship within five (5) days of ordering, you will be notified by email.


We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, however, shipments may be delivered on Saturday. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, NCbirdguy.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.


We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO, FPO or box numbers. We do not ship to Canada or internationally. Delivery time depends on the delivery address. Orders ship from Raleigh, NC


Free Shipping Details


All free shipping orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 4 - 9 business days. Sunday, and major holidays are not considered regular transit days.


Upgraded Shipping Details


$16.99 per item.

All upgraded shipping orders will be shipped via UPS. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2 - 7 business days. Sunday, and major holidays are not considered regular transit days.

Returns & Refunds


Show Items

All items purchased at shows are sold 'As is' and can only be returned unused at a show. If you purchased at a show and want to exchange or upgrade, please fill out this form and we'll contact you with more details


Online Items

When you receive your merchandise Please open all boxes immediately and check contents. In order to serve you better, we request that you inspect all of your products for obvious defects and notify us within 2 days of any problems.

If you receive a shipment with obvious shipping damage, you should refuse delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, a defective item, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will ship you the correct or replacement item and pay the shipping costs both ways. Please save all shipping and packing materials.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will gladly issue a refund or an exchange for all unused items within 15 days of receiving your item(s). If you purchased online and want to exchange or upgrade, please fill out this form and we'll contact you with more details
